- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible place. The nurse practitioner Kelly is a liar and will slander your name. My mom was in serious accident and was receiving medicine from Kelly. When my mom was released from the hospital they wrote her a script of pain medicine. Not knowing my mom went to fill all of her scripts. Kelly went and told people that my mom is a drug addict. Just because if her filling the scripts she was given. Also she gives scripts of narcotics for 3 months at a time. Which is ILLEGAL.January 24, 2017by Dillon Montana
